"We recommend them to everyone!"

Almost eight years after having a new roof installed by Superior Roofing, we are still blown away by their customer service! We woke up to water coming through the kitchen ceiling yesterday morning, so I called to ask if my roof was still under warranty. I quickly received a callback from company owner Ron Herring assuring me all workmanship was warrantied for a full 10 years. Ron immediately set up an inspection for this morning. David was absolutely amazing! He inspected our kitchen ceiling, climbed up into the attic and then climbed onto the roof. After insuring the shingles and flashing around the chimney were all still in perfect condition, he determined the leak was a result of some deteriorating cedar siding on the chimney itself that was trapping and channeling rain water to cause the leak down through the attic and into the kitchen. David then went above and beyond, not only explaining what would need to be repaired and how much it would cost for Superior to do it, but also asking the crew working on replacing cedar siding on the house next door today to give me a quote and THEN waiting for my fairly handyman husband who was about five minutes away to get home so they could both go back up on the roof to show him how he could at least secure the leak himself and buy us some time until we could afford the bigger chimney repair (it's been a tough week with a broken refrigerator and a ton of food to throw out). This company is all about putting the customer first--from the company owner Ron Herring all the way down to David who has been with the company over 20 years! They have been in business 32 years and they still care about the details!
